The Hide is a poolside lounge for people who want more than a meal: a place to meet friends, enjoy music, play games, share good food, have a drink at the bar and stay for the night by the pool. Good to know

Is The Hide kosher?

Yes. The Hide Food Club is certified kosher under the supervision of the ORB (opens in a new tab), the Orthodox Rabbinical Board of Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Do I have to keep kosher to come?

No. Everyone is welcome. The food is certified kosher, so guests who keep kosher can order anything on the menu, and everyone else comes for the same food, music and nights by the pool.

Where is The Hide?

Inside Stalbet Club at 2520 Stirling Rd, Hollywood, FL 33020 (opens in a new tab), in Broward County between Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Is The Hide open now?

Yes, since October 26, 2026. We're open Sunday to Thursday from 5PM until late, and Saturday from one hour after sunset until very late; closed on Friday for Shabbat. The official Grand Opening celebration is on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26, 2026.

What's on during the week?

Something different every night: In the Biz industry night on Monday, karaoke on Tuesday, ladies night on Wednesday, Leil Shishi on Thursday, a party with a guest DJ on Saturday night after Shabbat (21+) and stand-up on Sunday. Holiday parties and theme nights are on the events page.

Is it a restaurant, a bar or a lounge?

All three: a poolside lounge and bar with a kitchen. Come for dinner with friends, stay for the DJ, the games and one more round at the bar. On some evenings it turns into a supper club, and every night brings a different experience.
